COMMISSION A SANDSCAPE PAINTING:

PROCESS

* Following initial communication with the client I will submit 3-4 compositional options (digital images), taking into account discussed elements such as atmosphere, size, format etc.
* Following confirmation of the final composition, dimensions, price - commence painting.
* All sandscapes will be painted with professional quality acrylic on hand-crafted wooden panels.
* Following sufficient drying time the completed painting will receive a final coat of finishing varnish to seal the surface and help protect the painting from the day to day elements. The back of the panel will also be sealed with an acrylic sealer.
* The finished painting will be delivered (unframed unless organised otherwise).

Please note: I do not generally paint from others photographic reference.

FEES AND PAYMENT
Payments are broken up into four(4) parts:

* Up-front travel expenses - only required if a client wishes to have a specific location painted.
* One third (33.3%) deposit based on final agreed commission price. Commencement of painting upon receipt of deposit.
* Final balance (66.6%) on completion and acceptance of finished painting. The final balance will be payable prior too, or upon delivery of finished painting, depending on geographic circumstances.
* Freight/Delivery are inclusive in the commission price.

Please Note: Travel expenses if required, are non-refundable once travel arrangements have been booked or travel commenced.
